RALEIGH -- A Raleigh bar manager accused of denying service to a patron because of his race is expected in court Monday. Todd Chriscoe was charged with simple assault and ethnic intimidation in June.
That was after 21-year-old Jonathan Wall claimed he was thrown out of the bar because of the color of his skin. A Harvard graduate student, Wall says he was forcibly removed by a bouncer. Chriscoe denies any wrongdoing.
