WINSTON-SALEM--Donut fans celebrated a sweet anniversary in downtown Winston-Salem Friday night.

Friday, July 13 marked the 75th Anniversary of Krispy Kreme.

A birthday party was held on Trade Street, and the party will continue Saturday with a Family Fanfest at Old Salem from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

The celebration is free and open to the public.
