RALEIGH – Raleigh police have filed charges against a bicyclist involved in an accident Sunday night. Jose Ulloa-Guerrero is charged with DWI and unsafe movement.

Police say he rode into the path of an oncoming car at the intersection of New Hope Road and Hollenden Drive.

Ulloa-Guerrero was taken to WakeMed with a head injury and at last check was in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit.

No one in the car was hurt.
