RAEFORD, N.C. – Hoke County authorities are at the scene of a propane truck that overturned between Fayetteville and Raeford. It happened around 1:30 p.m. Monday afternoon off Highway 401 outside of downtown Raeford.

The county fire chief says no one died in the accident but crews had to rescue a driver who had been pinned. He was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Crews are now trying to clean up the propane spill. They say Highway 401 southbound toward Raeford will be shut down the rest of the evening.

Right now, there's no word on what caused the accident.
