GARNER, N.C. – A former state trooper is again in trouble after being arrested this weekend and charged with DWI.

Garner police arrested John C. Fogg around 1:30 a.m. Sunday. Along with DWI, he was also cited for impersonating an officer and driving without a license.

Fogg was charged with DWI in June as well after crashing his personal car into another car on the Durham freeway. He had a .17 blood alcohol level at that time.

Fogg was released from the highway patrol after an internal investigation.
