RALEIGH – The balance of power on the Wake County School Board will be decided in Tuesday's runoff election for the District 3 seat.

Heather Losurdo is challenging incumbent Kevin Hill. If Losurdo wins, power will stay with Republicans but if Hill keeps his seat, the balance of the power will shift to Democrats.
