CHARLOTTE— The public's chance to get involved in the search for a new Charlotte-Mecklenburg Superintendent begins Monday with the launch of an online survey.
People will be asked about the importance of leadership traits, skills and abilities for the next superintendent. The survey will also include information about the taker, such as if they work for CMS or have a child in the district.
However, the person's information and answers will remain confidential.
