APEX — Another community meeting on Wake County's two proposed student assignment plans will be held Thursday evening.

A meeting was held Wednesday night at Apex High School. The school board was briefed Tuesday by the Student Assignment Task Force which said it is trying to take highlights from both plans.

Three more community meetings are scheduled throughout next week.

The meetings will be held:

• Thursday night at Southeast Raleigh High School at 6:30 p.m.
• Tuesday at Broughton High School at 6:30 p.m.
• Next Thursday at East Wake High School at 6:30 p.m.
