CHARLOTTE – The Charlotte Mecklenburg School Board got an earful Tuesday night about new initiatives in the district.
The concerns from teachers ranged from new tests the district implemented to measure performance to the proposed budget Superintendent Dr. Peter Gorman unveiled that cuts programs and calls for another round of layoffs.
