RALEIGH -- Anyone hoping to attend the next Wake County school board meeting will have to get a ticket.
County officials say seating for the committee of the whole meeting is limited and fire codes will be strictly enforced.
Officials began requiring tickets last month when the board's vote on student reassignment drew large crowds and protestors. They say 153 ticket vouchers will be available beginning at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Anyone who wants to watch the meeting but doesn't get a ticket will be allowed to sit in an overflow room and watch on a closed circuit TV.
