Davidson Co. Fire Marshall investigates morning fires

DAVIDSON COUNTY, N.C. — The Davidson County Fire Marshall's Office is investigating a pair of Thursday morning fires.
The first fire happened shortly after 10:30 a.m. at a home on Arrington Drive, just outside of West Lexington. No injuries were reported.
Firefighters also put out a blaze near Ledford High School in Thomasville. The fire started in a shed near the football field shortly before 11 a.m. The shed used to store a tractor trailer. No injuries were reported in the second fire either.
