NoDa neighborhood fire leaves damages estimating $100,000

CHARLOTTE--Fire officials say a fire at a vacant house in Charlotte's NoDa neighborhood Saturday night was set intentionally.
Firefighters say it started just before 8:00 p.m. on Clemson Avenue.
Flames engulfed the home as heavy smoke poured from the roof.
More than 30 firefighters were called to the scene and had it under control in about a half hour.
One firefighter had minor injuries, but has since been discharged from the hospital.
Damage is estimated at $100,000.
