If you're stressed out and can't sleep these days, it might be because you can't shut off your mind at night, but researchers at Duke Integrative Medicine say learning to let go of intrusive thoughts can make a big difference.

Jeff Greeson, a clinical health psychologist at Duke, talks about a recent study on the topic in this interview with News 14 Carolina’s Tracey Early.
